Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. 

Simply shop online at us.pandora.net or at a local Pandora store. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Simply download the Afterpay mobile app, follow the in=app instructions to set up the Afterpay Card, and use the Afterpay Card with Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a contactless payment at check out. You’ll pay 25% at the time of purchase, and take your purchase home that day.

If any order is returned by mail, you will be refunded the installment payments you have already made and future installments will be stopped. Please click here to see how to return by mail.

As of April 19, 2021, participating Pandora stores will allow Afterpay returns in-store. Please contact your local Pandora store to ensure this is offered. AfterPay will refund the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. There are only fees for missed payments.

Yes, one transaction can be no more than $3,000 USD.

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.  
                     
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so. 

No minimum spend is required. 

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on us.pandora.net using Installments by Afterpay. 

Afterpay can send payment reminders via SMS or email prior to payments being due. 

Yes, you can just login to your Afterpay account and pay ahead of time. 

Afterpay currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa and AMEX). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.
