Pandora Cares is a comprehensive protection plan designed to preserve and protect eligible Pandora jewelry for up to two years.* The plan covers replacement and repairs for jewelry with a covered breakdown or damage.**

The Pandora Cares protection plan covers your eligible jewelry for damage and breakdown (out-of-warranty manufacturing defect or due to normal wear and tear) for up to two years with no service fees or hidden fees. Your coverage will begin one year plus one day from your date of plan purchase and will include:

• Stretching of chains and bracelets
• Discoloration and rhodium and other plating
• Refinishing and polishing
• Loss of precious or semiprecious stones and crystals
• Stone resetting
• Kinks or knots, dents, chips, breaks, cracks, gouges, and scratches
• Ring resizing
• Thinning ring bands and retipping of prongs
• Earring repair and lost earring backs

Jewelry Replacement:Offers a one-time replacement for eligible jewelry items under $200 (excluding any discounts or taxes) at the time of purchase with a covered breakdown** or damage.***

Jewelry Repair: Covers repairs, including all parts and labor charges, for eligible jewelry items with an advertised retail price of $200 and above (excluding any discounts or taxes) at the time of purchase with a covered breakdown** or damage. Repairable items are shipped to an authorized service center for repair.***

Pandora Cares coverage begins one year plus one day from the date of plan purchase and provides up to two years of coverage.

No, there are no service fees or hidden fees after the purchase of your plan.

Registration is only required to initiate a claim.

All Pandora Cares claims must be filed within 90 days of the product's breakdown or damage from the date the plan coverage begins. An email address and ZIP code are required to access the Pandora Cares claims portal. Once accessed, you'll be asked to register by entering information on your receipt before you can file a claim.

You can check the status of your service request/claim after your item has been received by the repair center by visiting pandoracaresclaims.com and entering your email address and ZIP code.

Jewelry is serviced by highly skilled goldsmiths at an authorized repair center.

Yes, all items are insured during shipment to/from our secure repair centers for complete peace of mind.

Once the repair center receives your item, they'll begin service. The turnaround time for basic jewelry repairs (sizing, refinishing, soldering, etc.) is typically 14 business days, excluding shipping time. We'll contact you if we need additional information to complete your service or if we need to order parts.

You may cancel your Pandora Cares protection plan at any time for any reason by returning to an authorized Pandora retailer with your original receipt within 30 days of your plan purchase date. After 30 days or if you purchased your plan online, visit pandoracaresclaims.com. Enter your email address and follow the prompts to log in. Once you're logged in, click on the 'Manage Plans' option, and then select 'Cancel Plan'. If you live in the U.S., you may also call 1-800-320-4738 to cancel. If you live outside the U.S., you can cancel your plan by calling us collect at 770-767-6694.

If you cancel within the first 30 days of the coverage start date and no claim has been incurred, we'll issue a full refund. Refunds are prorated after the first 30 days or if a claim has been incurred. Cancellation policies vary by state. Please see the terms and conditions for complete details.

The brand warranty covers defects. Pandora jewelry includes a one-year warranty and Pandora Lab-Grown Diamond items include a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
