Coverage
The Pandora Cares protection plan covers your eligible jewelry for damage and breakdown (out-of-warranty manufacturing defect or due to normal wear and tear) for up to two years with no service fees or hidden fees. Your coverage will begin one year plus one day from your date of plan purchase and will include:
- Stretching of chains and bracelets
- Discoloration and rhodium and other plating
- Refinishing and polishing
- Loss of precious or semiprecious stones and crystals
- Stone resetting
- Kinks or knots, dents, chips, breaks, cracks, gouges, and scratches
- Ring resizing
- Thinning ring bands and retipping of prongs
- Earring repair and lost earring backs

*The service contract begins one year plus one day from the date it's purchased. Pandora Cares provides up to two years of coverage, commencing on day 366 from the plan purchase date.

***If your product cannot be repaired or if you have a replacement plan, the item will be replaced. Replacement product can be a similar piece, a merchandise credit, or settlement, equal to the value of the replacement not to exceed the maximum coverage per claim. The maximum coverage per claim is the advertised retail price of the product at the time of purchase, excluding any discounts or taxes. Replacement, merchandise credit, or settlement fulfills the contract in its entirety.

This service plan doesn't cover the initial ring sizing or any ring sizing that could damage the integrity of the piece.
