To ensure that your furry friend is comfortable, we recommend using a cloth measuring tape and wrap it around their neck. Note down the measurements at various points - closer to the head and closer to the body – as their collar may shift from where it sits over the duration of its wear. Add approx. 2.5 – 3.8 cm or 1.0 – 1.5 inches to the measurement, and then follow our size chart accordingly.
After you receive your collar, it’s important to double-check to see that it fits your pet comfortably and securely. The collar should not press into your pet’s skin; ensure that there is enough space to place two fingers between the collar and your pet’s neck. If it feels snug but not tight, the collar fits correctly.
