You may cancel your Pandora Cares protection plan at any time for any reason by returning to an authorized Pandora retailer with your original receipt within 30 days of your plan purchase date. After 30 days, or if you purchased your plan online, visit pandoracaresclaims.com. Enter your email address and follow the prompts to log in. Once you’re logged in, click on the 'Manage Plans' option and then select 'Cancel Policy.’ If you live in the U.S., you may also call 1-800-320-4738 to cancel. If you live outside the U.S., you can cancel your plan by calling us collect at 770-767-6694.
