Pandora Cares offers a one-time replacement for eligible jewelry items under $200 (excluding any discounts or taxes) at the time of purchase with a covered breakdown\*\* or damage.***
Jewelry Repair
Pandora Cares covers repairs, including all parts and labor charges, for eligible jewelry items with an advertised retail price of $200 and above (excluding any discounts or taxes) at the time of purchase with a covered breakdown** or damage.*** Repairable items are shipped to an authorized service center for repair.
Manage My Account
Pandora Cares coverage begins one year plus one day from the date of plan purchase and provides up to two years of coverage. Visit the Pandora Cares claims portal to view your plan details, including the terms and conditions, request service, file/track claims, and more.

The service contract provider is Federal Warranty Service Corporation in all states except in Florida, where the provider is United Service Protection, Inc., and in Oklahoma, where the provider is Assurant Service Protection, Inc. These companies operate under the trade name Assurant.
*The service contract begins one year plus one day from the date it's purchased. Pandora Cares provides up to two years of coverage, commencing on day 366 from the plan purchase date.
**Breakdown coverage available after the manufacturer's warranty expires.
***If your product cannot be repaired or if you have a replacement plan, the item will be replaced. Replacement product can be a similar piece, a merchandise credit, or settlement, equal to the value of the replacement not to exceed the maximum coverage per claim. The maximum coverage per claim is the advertised retail price of the product at the time of purchase, excluding any discounts or taxes. Replacement, merchandise credit, or settlement fulfills the contract in its entirety.
