In-store and online engraving differ in their final look and feel, as each of them uses a different engraving technique - mechanical and laser. This means that there can be a subtle difference in the final look and feel of the engraving, depending on which method was used.

Q: Where can I get Pandora Engraving service?

Engraving service is currently available at selected Pandora Concept Stores only. Please use the Store Locator to find your nearest location.

Q: How do I engrave a photo or a drawing with Pandora's engraving service?

Photo engraving is available exclusively online through Pandora's Photo Upload service. Simply upload your image, adjust it as needed and preview your design before adding it to your cart. Drawing and handwriting engraving are available online and in participating Pandora stores. Upload your design online or visit a store for assistance creating your personalized engraving.

Q: How much does Pandora engraving cost?

Our engraving service costs a flat fee of $20, whether you choose to engrave both sides of your piece or just one.

Q: Can you return an engraved piece?

As adding an engraving is a service that's entirely personal and tailored to your wishes exclusively, engraved pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. If we've made a mistake or you're not happy with your engraving for any other reason, please consult a member of staff to find a solution or contact our customer service team.
