Gift Card FAQ
You may purchase a PANDORA physical or E-Gift Card online at us.pandora.net/giftcards.
You may also purchase a PANDORA physical Gift Card at participating PANDORA stores. Find a store at us.pandora.net/stores.
You can check your gift card balance at https://balance.clutch.com/pandora or call us at 1-855-922-2600.
PANDORA (us.pandora.net) currently ships PANDORA gift cards to addresses only within the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not deliver physical gift cards to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau.
You can redeem your gift card online at us.pandora.net or at all participating stores. If you are unable to redeem in-store, please call 1-855-922-2600 for further assistance. If you are unable to redeem online, please contact our PANDORA Jewelry Customer Care Center at 1-844-467-1333.
Physical gift cards are shipped along with jewelry and follows the same processing times and delivery like jewelry. Click here for more details.
E-Cards are usually sent over email to the gift recipient on the same day, if the order is placed during business days. If ordered on a non-business day (Saturday/Sunday), the E-Gift card will be sent to the recipient the next available business day.
Gift Card should be treated as cash; PANDORA is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. PANDORA will replace a lost card for the remaining balance only with the presentation of an original receipt. The customer needs to contact our PANDORA Consumer affairs at email@example.com.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Gift Cards are non-returnable once purchased.
