STERLING SILVER ENGAGEMENT RINGS

Q: How do I choose an engagement ring?

When it comes to choosing an engagement ring, try to focus on what your partner would like rather than getting caught up in jewelry trends. Look in your partner’s jewelry box for inspiration, and explore our range of 14k gold and 14k white gold engagement rings. If you’re shopping for an engagement ring together, remember that it is a piece you will wear all the time, so make sure you choose a style that you know you’ll love forever.

Q: Does an engagement ring have to be diamond?

Diamonds are the most common stones for engagement rings – they’re timeless, elegant, and viewed as a symbol of everlasting love. However, it’s up to you which stone you choose. Colorful stones can be more unique and might have a personal meaning, but a diamond makes the perfect centrepiece for any engagement ring. Discover our lab-grown diamonds collection to find hand-finished rings, perfect for this momentous occasion.

Q: What is the difference between a promise and an engagement ring?

Promise rings and engagement rings look similar, but an engagement ring is used for a marriage proposal, while a promise ring is a symbol of commitment or of future intent to marry. Engagement rings are usually only worn by women, while men might also wear promise rings to show their loyalty to a partner.

Q: How do I find the right engagement ring size?

Choosing the right engagement ring size is about finding out the size of your partner’s fourth finger on their left hand. To keep your proposal a surprise, take a ring that your partner wears on either their index finger or the fourth finger of their right hand and measure at the widest point. You can convert the diameter in millimetres to a ring size using our ring size guide.

Q: Can I exchange an engagement ring if it's the wrong size?

Bought her dream engagement ring, but it doesn't quite fit? Don't worry, you can exchange it for the right size in-store or online. However, please note that engraved or personalized rings are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Read through our returns and exchanges policy for more information.
