BUTTERFLY RINGS

Q: How to measure ring size?

To find your Pandora ring size, wrap a piece of string around your finger, mark where the string crosses and measure the length of the string. This will give you the circumference of your finger. If you already have a few rings that fit comfortably, measure their diameter and convert the measurement to your size using our ring size guide. Keep in mind that your fingers might be different sizes, so measure the finger you intend to wear the ring on before you buy.

Q: What hand does a wedding ring go on?

In Western culture, your wedding ring is worn on the fourth finger of the left hand, or the ‘ring finger’. This is the same finger as your engagement ring, and the wedding band sits under the engagement ring after you’re married. Explore our Pandora bridal jewelry collection to discover thoughtfully crafted pieces that you can wear on the big day and beyond.

Q: What ring material does not tarnish?

It’s natural for rings to show signs of wear and tear, like tarnish. All metals are susceptible to tarnishing, and rings are often exposed to more irritants than other pieces of jewelry. You can keep your Pandora rings looking brand new by removing them before washing your hands or cleaning and staying on top of care and maintenance.

Q: Can I exchange my Pandora ring for a different size?

You can exchange your Pandora ring for a different size if it doesn’t fit you comfortably. This is only available for unengraved products – all sales on personalized, engraved products are final. Before you buy, remember to check our ring size guide or use a ring sizer to find your perfect size.
