The Pandora for UNICEF partnership aims to empower young people through learning. Pandora has donated over $10 million to UNICEF since 2019 to support children and young people around the globe with opportunities they need to thrive. Pandora supports educational programmes, especially for girls, and is a flexible funding champion, directing resources wherever and whenever the need is greatest.

Globally, about one billion girls and women lack the skills they need to succeed in rapidly changing job markets. Pandora supports UNICEF’s Skills4Girls portfolio, working with and for girls in more than 20 countries to bridge the gap between the skills girls need to be competitive in today’s workforce and those they've traditionally had access to."
