Online Delivery:
Due to additional safety measures we're following in our distribution centers, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be delivered free of contact. Deliveries may also be delayed since shipping carriers are prioritizing essential items first. 

Online Safety Measures:
For your reassurance as a customer, all our jewelry is packed in a polybag and placed in our gift boxes, free from contact. Our orders will also be delivered free of contact to your address. We conduct frequent and extensive cleaning in our distribution centers with no access to visitors, maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Our shipping carrier UPS is following the recommendations provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

In-store Safety Measures:
Please check the store locator for the most up to date information or call to confirm the operating hours and information prior to visiting the store location. The health and well-being of our team members and customers remains our utmost priority. We are following local regulations and CDC guidelines on personal protection equipment (PPE), social distancing, mask requirements and cleaning. Pandora does not require our store associates or guests to wear masks in our stores; except where local law mandates.
