Our Response to COVID-19

At Pandora, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. While the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our community at large, we have decided to close all owned and operated Pandora store locations in the United States and Canada as of close of business on March 17th until further notice to help contain the spread.

We are continuing to follow federal, state, and local guidelines. We are doing everything we can to keep our community safe and feel this is the best decision for the current evolving situation.

While our physical stores are closed, we welcome you to visit our website at https://us.pandora.net/  where you can view and shop our products when and how you’d like.

For your reassurance as a customer, all our jewelry is packed in a polybag inside our anti-tarnish pouches, free from contact. Our orders will also be delivered free of contact to your address. We conduct frequent and extensive cleaning in our distribution centers with no access to visitors maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Our shipping carrier UPS is following the recommendations provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Additionally, we’re extending our return policy to 60 days after purchase for orders placed between March 1st and April 30th.

Any store updates will be added to the store locator. Please ensure to call your store to confirm the operating hours prior to visiting the store location.

Thank you for being a loyal customer,
