Our Response: 

At Pandora, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are continuing to follow federal, state, and local guidelines. We are doing everything we can to keep our community safe in this evolving situation.

Online Shopping: 

Some of our physical stores are open while some remain closed. If your local store is closed, we welcome you to visit our website at https://us.pandora.net/  where you can view and shop our products when and how you’d like. 

Online Safety Measures & Delivery: 

For your reassurance as a customer, all our jewelry is packed in a polybag inside our anti-tarnish pouches, free from contact. Our orders will also be delivered free of contact to your address. We conduct frequent and extensive cleaning in our distribution centers with no access to visitors maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Our shipping carrier UPS is following the recommendations provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

Due to extra safety measures around COVID-19 at our fulfillment centers, please allow up to 10 business days for order processing of standard orders. We are striving to fulfill all orders in a timely manner, but appreciate your patience during this time. Deliveries may be delayed since shipping carriers prioritizing essential items first.

Instore Shopping: 

If your local store is open, it may have limited hours or may only be offering curbside pickup. Please check the store locator for the most up to date information or call to confirm the operating hours and information prior to visiting the store location. Our store teams are eager and excited to welcome you back as local governments deem it safe to do so.

Instore Safety Measures: 

The health and well-being of our team members and customers remains our utmost priority. We are following local regulations and CDC guidelines on personal protection equipment (PPE), social distancing, and cleaning. Store associates will be wearing masks, and we ask that our customers also wear masks while shopping with us. For your reassurance as a customer, jewelry is being cleaned after it has been handled, and surfaces and payment devices are being cleaned regularly.

Extended Return Policy:  

We have extended our returns and exchange policies for all purchases made in-store or online between March 1, 2020, and July 1, 2020, returns and exchanges will be accepted until July 31, 2020. For purchases made after July 1, 2020, our normal 30-day return policy will be in effect. We will monitor to determine whether additional changes to the return policy are warranted.
