Send a Gift Instantly

SmartGift is a digital gifting service that we have teamed up with to make sure every PANDORA gift is perfect.

SmartGift lets you send gifts instantly. Recipients can swap their gift for a same-priced item, if it’s not quite right, and provide their preferred shipping information.

When browsing on www.pandora.net, look for the SEND AS A GIFT button with the gift box icon next to the ADD TO BAG button.

Your recipient will be able to digitally unwrap the gift item you send on their phone or computer, view your gift message, accept your gift or swap it for another item of the same value, and provide their preferred shipping information.

We will send you an email and text notification when your gift has been accepted and is ready for purchase. If you forget to pay for the gift, we will send you up to three reminders (24 hours, 3 days, 7 days after acceptance).

You will be notified to pay for this gift by email (and text message if you provided your phone number) after your recipient has accepted it and made sure it’s perfect.

Once your gift is accepted, we will send you an easy checkout link to complete the purchase on us.pandora.net. You will be able to use any of our available payment options including all major credit cards, PayPal and the PANDORA Preferred Card.

The recipient will only be able to swap across items that are of the same value as the original gift item sent.
