On a product jewelry page, you will follow the below steps:
-Select “Find in store” button
-Utilize the zip code search to find your preferred Pandora Store with the available product
-Click the "Add to bag" icon and complete your purchase like usual

Our store associates fulfill orders as soon as possible and will work hard to have your order ready within 4 business hours. To avoid delays at the store, please wait until you receive an email confirming your order is ready for pick up before visiting the store. We promise it won't be long!

Any sales associate in the Pandora store will be able to retrieve your order and complete your purchase with just your ID and one of your order emails.

We are happy to hold your order for three (3) days after placement. After this, it will be automatically cancelled and your jewelry will be returned to store stock. Your credit card will not be charged. If you have an emergency and cannot collect within this window, contact your store to discuss options.

For your security, we currently limit pickups to customers nominated on the order. This means that either the customer named in the billing information (e.g. named in the credit card section) and/or the customer listed in Delivery Details section of checkout will need to collect the order. You will be asked to present the email and a valid, government-issued photo ID that matches one of these names at the time of collection.

Your credit card will be pre-authorized for your order amount at the time of placement, but charges will be finalized at the time of collection. This pre-authorization will be canceled if your order is not picked up within 5 days, and your card will not be charged. 

Yes! You can also order from multiple pick up locations, and also have other items shipped. (Note, we can only add one ship-to address to the order.)
 

If you are in the store and have not finalized your transaction the sales associate can help you exchange or cancel the item(s) from your order.

If you have taken the product home and changed your mind, are normal return policies apply. Your return window starts when you pick up your item(s). Please see our return polices here.
