Unless otherwise expressly stated, capitalized terms in this Notice have the same meaning as defined in the Privacy Policy.
We may choose to provide programs and other offerings intended to provide benefits to eligible participants that may qualify as financial incentives, bona fide loyalty programs or other offerings (“Programs”) under certain privacy laws. Through these Programs, we may collect and retain categories of personal data described in the “Our Collection of Personal Data” section of our Privacy Policy, including Identifiers, such as your name, email address and other contact and account information; and Commercial Information, such as your purchase history and preferences. We collect this information to operate the Programs, including to send you promotions, content, and special offers and the other uses described in the Privacy Policy. The third parties that may receive access to your personal data in connection with any Program are our Program partners, analytics providers, technical service providers and third-party advertising partners. The Programs we may provide include periodic promotional discounts and other offers, such as sweepstakes and contests; and the My Pandora rewards program, as further detailed below. - My Pandora. My Pandora is a tier-based rewards program determined by the number of points a member has earned on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities. My Pandora members enjoy certain services (e.g., wish lists) and can redeem points for rewards (e.g., discounts). Through My Pandora, we may collect certain categories of personal data set forth in the “Our Collection of Personal Data” section of our Privacy Policy, including Identifiers, such as your name, email address and other contact and account information; and Commercial Information, such as your purchase history, wishlists, and shopping and store preferences. The material terms applicable to each Program will be described in the relevant Program term or in the details of the incentive/offering at the time an eligible individual is offered an opportunity to participate in a Program. Interested individuals can opt-in to these Programs by following the instructions presented at the time the offer is made. Participation in the Programs is voluntary, and you may withdraw from our Programs and other offerings at any time by following the instructions provided in connection with each Program or by emailing us at [email protected].
We have determined that the value of any of these Programs and other offerings are reasonably related to the value of the personal data we would receive and otherwise process in connection with these Programs. We estimate the value of the personal data we would receive and otherwise process in connection with these Programs by considering the expense we would incur in collecting and processing the personal data, as well as the expenses related to facilitating the Program. In order to communicate and provide services to you through the Programs, we need to use your personal data. Therefore, if you choose to delete your personal data from a Program, we may no longer be able to provide you with services and benefits through the Program.
