1. What is your returns policy?

FREE AND EASY RETURNS. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items in unused and original condition purchased from Pandora US Online Store(us.pandora.net), the official Pandora Jewelry website, can be returned within 30 days of purchase with original invoice by mail or in store. Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. Please note you can return by mail only purchases made from the Pandora US Online Store (us.pandora.net). Please follow the below steps for returns.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED, EITHER ONLINE OR IN STORE.


Returns by mail:
a. Fill out the return form included in the original package and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code.
b. Place merchandise and return form in the package.
c. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
d. Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. You will NOT be charged for return shipping.
e. If you choose to use your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured. Pandora cannot reimburse the cost of shipping using this method. Address for returns should be mailed to:

f. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. However, your original shipping cost is not refundable.
g. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s) by Pandora. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.
h. If the return form or prepaid return label are misplaced, please contact our Pandora Jewelry Customer Care Center at further assistance.

Returns in-store:
a. Find your nearest Pandora store at stores.pandora.net.
b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to return to the Pandora store.
c. Returns will be processed to the original form of payment. Exception: Merchandise purchased using PayPal will be issued a gift card.


2. What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items in unused and original condition purchased from Pandora US Online Store(us.pandora.net), the official Pandora Jewelry website, can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase in store. Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges by mail.

Exchanges in store:
a. Find your nearest Pandora store at stores.pandora.net.
b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to exchange to the Pandora store.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.


3. Can I return Pandora Jewelry purchased using a gift card?

Yes, you can return Pandora Jewelry purchased using a gift card. For gift card returns, you will be issued a new gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned. If your original method of payment was E-Gift card or physical gift card you will be issued a new E-gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned.


4. Can a gift recipient return Pandora Jewelry?

Yes, a gift recipient can return or exchange merchandise to a Pandora store with original gift receipt. Gift returns will be issued a gift card for the purchase price. If the gift recipient returns the merchandise by mail, a credit will be issued to the original payment method, which the purchaser used. Please note that the gift recipient will NOT get the refund.


5. How long will it take to get credit for my return?

Returns by mail:

Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s) by Pandora. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the credit to be applied.


Returns in a Pandora store:

Returns will be processed to the original form of payment and will take 3-5 business days for the credit to be applied.


6. What do I do if I received a damaged item in my delivery?

We are sorry to hear your jewelry did not arrive in exceptional condition and we sincerely apologize. You can either get the product exchanged at your nearest Pandora store or utilize our Contact us section to resolve.


7. What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

We work hard to ensure all orders are processed correctly, though errors do occur. We apologize for the inconvenience this may caused and our customer care team is happy to assist in correcting any issues.


8. Can I get a price adjustment of an item if the price changes after I purchased it?

We are not able to process price adjustments for previous purchases as prices fluctuate due to trends, stock, and consumer demand.
